Default Cleaning instrument cluster

I have an ED Gli with a low series cluster and the plastic window in front of it is all dirty.

I was wondering what is the procedure for removing that windows and cleaning it?

Are you referring to dirt inside the cluster, or just on the outside?

I just removed 3 screws at the top.

The panel is coming away from the top but isn't moving at all around the bottom.

Also how do I get it past the steering wheel?

I can't find the 2 screws.

Where exactly are they?

Only scre close to it is the one holding the boot release button but I removed that and nothing.

Unscrew the petrol button cover & lock button thingy's on either side of the steering wheel. You will then reveal the 2 hidden screws that are above!
