Thats 20 Passes on Drag Tag, in a 220RWKW 6spd Manual V8.

Redrum melted his clutch too

Couple of the holden boys snapped axels and diffs.

As for drag tag, technically the icepol (police) can impound your car for doing a burnout because drag tag doesnt have the permits for you to do it there. Hence your car can be impounded for doing a burnout in private property

private property means private the police cant do anything about what you do on PRIVATE property

the only way they can is if people complain about noise

One of the coppers on here might be able to answer, but the law doesn't put a definition between private and public property, so the law would win.

Ill try and find it for ya

So you can grow a 500 plant dope crop and the police can't do anything about it because it's provate proerty?

There's new laws in Victoria about motorsport complexes needing to be licenced nowdays, people doing burnouts is classed as a motorsport activity, so the police can in fact impound your carr.

You will note that there is no mention of "highway" in this offence. Which means the offence occurs ANYWHERE. Yes, that's right...even if you were doing circle-work in the back paddock of a farm in the middle of nowhere, entirely on private property, you would still commit the offence.

Feel free to let Drag Tag know.

You could also ring a legal professional and get their opinion on it too, if you like.

And just for the sake of clarity, the venue isn't illegal. The dyno stuff they do inside is perfectly OK. But any loss of traction, whether inside, or outside on the skidpan is illegal.

in that case take ya plates off, have fun,if questioned by the popo say your mate trailered it down for you and is going to pick you up later... wait till popo leave then put plates back on. if said scenario is illegal (which technically it is) then so should calder be.

You'd have to be trying to **** a country copper off enough to have him take your paddock basher away.

Yep, its like drink driving, if you are over the limit (on private property) in your paddock basher, 4 wheeler, tractor and a horse and cart apparently, you will be raped, and hard...
I was warned when doing hoops in my Parts car (XD 351) because i intentionally lost traction and they could technically take my car... they can take it now though, its minus gearbox and motor...

Unregistered cars do not get impounded.

and unregistered cars can only get fined when they are on a road or road related area. Can't touch them on private property.

As for impounding cars on private property used:

Was there last night and no coppers, and none outside on the main road as you leave the property.
