Default Radio Security Code

Hi

I never got the security code when i purchased my 1989 Telstar TX5, never used to listen to the radio, now that I drive so often I want to use the radio. The serial number for my radio/cassette unit is 551079

Radio Serial: 551079

If anyone can help please reply.

Thanks

only other way is to take the radio/car to a ford service dealership

they may still have the codes on record

or buy a new radio with a cd player unit
