Default Name & Shame Thieves

A old workmate of mine has his own shop now, One of his staffs phones was stolen(admittedly left in a stupid spot) and his CCTV caught the thief in the act. Obviously the police can only do so much for minor offenses such as this. So now the video is on Youtube.

I'll understand if mods want to remove the above link.

But when the police cant do much, is it OK that we Name & Shame these people.

Me, I say yes, Give them an inch, give a mile.
