Stolen car threads.

Hello mods/admins, I had a bit of an idea that i pretty much borrowed from a different forum.
Instead of a sticky at the top of "The Pub" and "cars for sale" maybe a proper "Stolen" section, in the same sub section as "the bar", "4x4" etc would help bring a bit more awareness to the unfortunate people who have their car stolen.
It might seem a little too minor to matter, but it will help people notice that the cars have been stolen and therefore they will be able to keep their eyes open for them.
