If the police just put more patrol cars out on the roads alot of these problems would go away. I remember when I was 19 driving an XAGT there were patrol cars everywhere ! Theyd often follow you at a distance for some time to make their presence felt. This was a time when speed cameras were a new thing so most of the time theyd sit there in their cars with the speed gun or just plain chase you down and pull you over for speeding. Oh how times have changed..
Nowadays its something of a novelty when I see a patrol car just,...well, patrolling.
In my area for example the latest thing with the local lowlifes is burning around the side streets on dirtbikes...really LOUD dirtbikes I might add. So I rang the local police station and of course theyre not interested unless I want to make a formal complaint. I told them that all they need to do is send a patrol car through there every now and then, it was a routine for these numbskulls everyday when they got home from their shitty jobs, same bat time, same bat channel...nope, just not interested.
If only the dumb jackasses just put out a bigger police presence on the road I rekon a lot of the idiots would think twice about doing something stupid on the roads. But then wheres the profit in that ?
