Not true. But of course the unrestricted sections are in rural areas. There are many speed restrictions (often variable) where traffic is denser, plus bear in mind driver legal liability above 130 that I mentioned before.

There is a much more mature and responsible attitude to policing road safety than here, without the revenue raising political motivator. At the other end of the scale, don't consider exceeding the 50 and 100 limits in urban areas and normal highways, they don't like that.
