Damn! Busted!

My boss used to be on my Facebook, there were a couple of times after a really bad day I ALMOST changed my status to "wants a new job" and thought better of it...one time was JUST before I clicked the button to make it my status! Oh well, I've got a new job now anyway that doesn't seem anywhere near as bad.

This one was funny as well - http://www.michaelaulia.com/blogs/si...-facebook.html

And I know its not boss related, but I always laugh at this one too:

My boss is my friend on facebook.

The other day my status was "Just got back from riding"

He replied saying "...rooster (read: word starting with C ending in K)"

I know of 4 cases now where people have gobbed off about someone on their facebook page and it got back that person, who WASNT actually a "friend" on their page!, with serious ramifications.

People love dobbing.... even if its on their "friends" to a stranger...

I agree with you there. I use it to catch up with people, but take the pi$$ out of everything on it. But Jesus there are some some things people post that surprise me....especially seeing as its a public thing.

That works?!

Seeing that lamebook site and what people post, I don't think I'd want to go down that road. I wouldn't want to be chronicled for all the other bored people on there to see in a language that I haven't quite deciphered yet.

Yep, I've bagged out my boss on Facebook and he is a 'friend'... got dragged into his office the next day and got told I was 'unprofessional'... I said it was nothing I wouldn't say to his face, so I let him have it...

But later on I wondered what was 'professional' about driving a tractor every day....

ROFL, I used to use MySpace for that, because you can search by ages in locations. Then just send the ones that seem alright (ie whose profiles are written properly and n07 l1k3 th15) a friend request.

Met a couple of great ladies who I'm still good friends with, who I would never have met otherwise!

Don't use FB for it. Or at least, I haven't yet

Yes, I'm a sad case. But hey.
