For a home user, whats the diff? Its a critical patch update, not a vaccine
You can usually roll back, and/or the supplier usually issues another update if the previous one causes issues, which is quite rare.
Different for business, where some coys write their own apps to work with certain version of browsers, so everything needs to be tested first.
