Hey Russ, I may have missed the explanation for this, but it seems like your figures are not adding up? The first para implies Vic had 14 cases, but the second line states 12 cases. I noted this with yesterday's post, too.

Is this an error or a result of the reporting timeframes?

Edit. And I assume this is supposed to be in the 300,00 bracket, not millions?
