Seats FG between 08 and 12. Will they fit?

Hey guys,
I tried to find some info on this but couldn't figure it our.
I have 08 XR8 Ute. Hoping to install the seats from a 12 XR6 Series 2 Sedan into my ute.
Does anyone know if this will be a straight swap?
