Try unbolting the clamp, then push the rubber block out of the metal frame of the clamp as you move the metal part of the clamp towards the rear of the vehicle, they are 2 seperate pieces.
Then the metal part of the clamp should be free to slide along the hoses, and if I remember right the rubber block then pulls off the hoses as it is a split design.
Then reverse the procedure to get it back on, and before you tighten the clamp bolt ensure the rubber block is sitting inside the metal cage correctly.
