The factory line assemblies do come with the clamp pre-fitted. So if they cannot come apart your options are:
a) try and buy a whole new line assembly from a Ford dealer;
b) buy a used line assembly from a wrecker etc; or
c) Use generic line clamps or even the older model ones that I linked.
