actually telstra surprised me about a month ago. they rang me to tell me i was on the wrong plans for my combined home mobile and broadband and by changing things around I would save $30 a month. they spent about 1/2 hour discussing my usage and future needs and true to their word my bill arrived on tue and was about $35 than last month. I was shocked
