Whatever happened to all the fly in isolation at Christmas Island, it all seemed to go wrong from then.
If they had stuck to the original plan, no one would have been shipped off to Hotel quarantine in Victoria and other states in the first place.
If you were dumb enough to not come back to Oz as first requested, that's where you should have ended up for at least 40 days.
