seeing you are doing postage only, and have postage set, you might be better off listing it as $65 with free post.
but even more so, if you scroll down the "sold items" (check advanced and select sold )

You can also set "promoted listing" and change it to 3% from it's suggested (probably around 11% and it will greatly improve the sales of anything you are selling. *3% of $65 is an extra $1.95 in fees, still less than your $20 start price)
try $69.90 with "best offers" and set the minimum at $55 auto reject even.
$35 is a lot of postage, i reckon you'd be able to box up the motor and fit it in a prepaid satchel extra large for $22.45 for eg.
