Companies are still asking for vaxx status during interviews though. Heard a few cases of that recently with a friend who was looking for a new job. Makes no sense either. I'd still like to know how it is legal/appropriate to ask people for their private medical history. It never has been in the past, but since covid it's magically appropriate now apparently.
