They claim it has additives to clean injectors etc, which it might do.

I reckon its a scam for car drivers using diesel. Most servos selling it have the "Premium" diesel pumps taking up most of the court usually leaving 1 regular (usually Hi Flow) diesel pump in a less obvious spot to find. Can't not see it being cheaper though.
