Coming from Sydney, I remember the first time ordering a Soy Mocha in Melbourne and being asked, did I want it Cappuccino style of Latte style. Thought they were taking the p*ss.
In Sydney Mocha is usually served in a glass, guess you would call Latte style.
North East Victoria is regarded as the gourmet region so here places like in Beechworth askes what blend you would like served.
So many good places to have proper coffee but there are some bad ones still selling milky dishwater Vittoria coffee.
