Ninja sauce? Sounds like the kind of thing my younger brother would do.
Actually I thought it was quite a bold presentation, it allows the sauce to stand in its own right - not as adjunct to another item.
And totally unrelated but as a general bakery/café related grumble, I detest the subtle-yet-persistent attempts to inveigle “schmear” into our café lexicon. Unless you know and enjoy Yiddish grub, it’s a fairly pointless borrowing, as was jus for more sophistimacated gastronomic repasts.
