Any news on when VIC will accept returning travellers from hot zones, to go into hotel quarantine? When that happens, I'd expect the numbers to rise.
I think VIC has now joined the NZ travel bubble, where incoming NZ's don't have to quarantine for 14 days when entering VIC(??)
