a bit of both I believe. Europe certainly prioritises it's own markets so there are times when we only get the left overs or run out models, but that's not true all the time.

there are also issues that we are still only a st5 market where the top drawer Euro offerings are only st6 which we can't really get here as our fuel is still not good enough
