Default Re: Covid 19 -

405 new cases for Australia and 4 deaths so CMR drops to 1.030% and active cases rise to 3,407, 83% of which are in Victoria. NSW recorded 18 and the balance were in Victoria.

3 new cases and no deaths for NZ so CMR is 1.417% and active cases rise to 25.

The UK recorded 726 new cases and 27 deaths yesterday so the CMR drops to 15.367%.

Just over 63k new cases in the USA yesterday and 813 deaths sees CMR down to 3.727% and active cases at 50.1% with the raw numbers still rising and closing in on 2M. Note that the USA is actually minus one day due to time differences.

Other notable points:
The USA completes 48M tests;
Asia recorded a new daily high with 64,942 new cases;
NZ overtakes Australia with lower mortalities per 100k adult population.

Kyrgyzstan (977), Bolivia (2,036), Guatemala (4,283) - although some of that was adjustments to previous figures, Mexico (7,615) and India (40,243) all recorded new daily highs, those in blue for the second consecutive day and those in red for a third or more consecutive day.
