Drove from Geelong to Calder Park Raceway yesterday to watch the Australian Drag Racing Nationals. I haven't been to drag racing for 15 years and it was awesome. Only the two Rapisada top fuelers, but worth every dollar to see them. We travelled in my new Mondeo titanium ecoboost and achieved a fuel consumption figure of 7.1 litres per 100 kilometers. This was with the aircon on all the way. I'm very happy with these numbers. Fuel consumtion around town, not so good but performance is outstanding. Overall combined average so far is about 8.7.
