I was speaking to Theo about this today. It seems that alot of people didn't get the forms sent to them like previous years and we (ORSM) did not do the usual sign up at the Xmas party. We were spit balling that we should run a thread or the like to get a list of who will be attending and then have the club do a group entry and get everyone to just pay the club back for entry.
Mat as well just use this thread Jas IMHO.
As Jas has stated, it is important that we get this sorted ASAP.(with in a week or so) and get the entry in.
