As Rob said, the flexi is the main restriction and the rest of the system is pretty good. The rear muffler is worth changing if you want to change the exhaust note to something beefier but to really a huge restriction as standard.
The manifold can be expensive to fit and is only really needed if you want to push towards 185-200hp as they will reduce the low to mid range torque in favour of more top-end power.
