Mine started about ten years ago. I was at a mates apartment in the city. We were about 10 floors up and I went over and stuck my head out the window. All of a sudden I had a fear of heights. Whenever I am up high somewhere, i'm scared that i'll lose control and jump, even though I know I don't want to.
