That's rather ironic. I bought my car from Pacific Ford (Maroochydore) and picked it up on the 20th June, and have had no such letter? I think they know I'm a bastard and have a list of every squeek/rattle/concern/issue that I have with the car, and giving me a list of numbers to contact would only encourage me further.
