The reason for that is some goose on TPG decided to simultaniously download every video on the site in one concurrent hit. Site will back up in a few minutes once abuse report is finalised to ISP.
Cool. Yeah I got the abuse report error page and thought it was directed at my IP address lol.
No worries then.
