3.45 is the go for the sedan. It's about a 15% change, so 15% drop in max speed in each gear and 15% increase in revs at a given speed - enough to notice but not be too annoying on the highway... a bit under 300rpm more at 100km/h. A smaller change (eg going to 3.23 from 3.08 or to 3.45 from 3.23) is usually not worth doing.
BTW going to 3.73 from 3.23 is also around a 15% change... in my wagon it would increase revs at 100km/h from 1780 to 2050 and drop 1st gear max from 89 to 77km/h.
